Matthew H. Froning is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among America’s Business Developers. With over 13 years of technology and program management experience, Matthew recently left a position with ManTech International Corporation as the Regional Manager of the Cyber Operations Division in San Antonio, TX. At ManTech, Matthew was responsible for the development of all government and commercial business development for the office, leading operations of $8 million government contract, the development of three highly-technical training courses, and the development and implementation of a multi-tiered CNVA approach to information security and social engineering. Through the years, he has developed a broad knowledge base in a wide spectrum of Information Technology areas through his work experience and personal development opportunities.

In addition to his Regional Manager role at Mantech International Corporation, Matthew has put his vast technical knowledge into practice through his work as a Site Manager for Ennovex Solutions, Inc. as well as through his work with The United States Air Force. At Ennovex, he expanded business development and led all day to day facets of project implementation and operations for a multi-million dollar government contract. His innovative work with the United States Air Force includes roles as the Chief of Computer Investigations and Operations, Computer Crimes Investigator, and Special Agent for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, as well as being a Tactical Simulation Computer Programmer.

Matthew’s success can be attributed to his education as well as his professional training and personal work ethic. He has earned both a B.S. in Computer and Information Science and an M.B.A. with an emphasis on Technology Management from Troy State University and the University of Phoenix, respectively. He has been trained in many areas of Information Technology, to include network security, computer forensics, incident response, network vulnerability assessment and software capability assessments, which add to his expertise in the field. Through the years, he has developed a broad knowledge base in a wide spectrum of Information Technology areas through his work experience and personal development opportunities. Matthew is recognized for his outstanding management and leadership skills, his technological and strategic planning expertise, and his proven ability to take on challenges and excel in diverse environments.

Recently, Matthew branched out on his own to start his own company, CFIRE Consulting, which provides its’ customers with unparalleled support in computer forensics, litigation support and incident response services. CFIRE Consulting also offers customers access to Matthew’s knowledge when they look to develop incident response action and recovery plans, ensuring companies have the processes in place to quickly recover from incidents occurring on their networks.
