Sandeep C. Ramesh is recognized by
Continental Who’s Who among America’s Law School Graduates, who is beginning to make his mark on the legal world.
Mr. Ramesh recently graduated from Yale Law, and apart from excelling in academics, he actively contributed to academic publications and involved himself in challenging and respected positions with the Yale Law Journal and Nonprofit Organizations Law Clinic.
Prior to attending Yale Law, Mr. Ramesh earned his Bachelor’s degree at Dartmouth College, graduating summa cum laude, with a flawless grade point average. At Dartmouth, Mr. Ramesh was honored as Valedictorian. During his academic career, he was on the Dartmouth Policy Debate team, and was a four-time recipient of the Sigurd S. Larmon Scholarship for excellence in debate.
Mr. Ramesh is a founding member of UNICEF-Dartmouth, and acquired treasury experience as Treasurer for the organization. He has gained additional treasury experience as Treasurer and Features Editor for Main Street Magazine and as Finance Director for the two radio stations at Dartmouth. In addition to his role in the college’s organizations and publications, Mr. Ramesh dedicated some of his time as a research assistant in the History department and a debate institute counselor.
At Yale Law, Mr. Ramesh has also had some of his work published, including entry contributions in the Encyclopedia of the First Amendment and an article in the Yale Journal of International Law.
In parallel to his undergraduate and graduate studies, Mr. Ramesh spent time working in law offices over the past 5 years, and began working at the law firm of WACHTELL, LIPTON, ROSEN & KATZ LLP since graduating from Yale Law. Mr. Ramesh practices in the Restructuring and Finance group, specializing in a broad spectrum of corporate bankruptcies, workouts and other debt-related issues.
Mr. Ramesh has explored all channels of the academic experience, from his involvement in several organizations, published writing pieces, and award-winning GPA. He has demonstrated leadership as a founding member of UNICEF-Dartmouth and holding office in collegiate organizations. The dedication, and motivation for success that Mr. Ramesh has sustained throughout his years at Dartmouth and Yale Law have earned him a well-rounded education while maintaining a perfect GPA. That same dedication and motivation is the foundation for the continued success that he will achieve in his legal career.
